If your refurbished laptop has any hardware issues, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery and swap it for another laptop that better suits your needs, absolutely free.
Laptops can be swapped for free by booking an appointment at one of our branches (free of charge), or you can choose to send it back to us using your preferred delivery service (at your expense), and we will cover the delivery back to you once the swap is processed.
No hassle. No re-stocking fees. Just complete peace of mind.

Conditions for our Laptop Swap scheme
To qualify for our laptop swap scheme within 30 days, your laptop must be in the same condition as when you received it, without any extra scratches or damage. If the void sticker is removed, you will not qualify for the laptop swap scheme.
You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order number, email, etc.) for us to process your return.
Warranty: Repair or Replace
What’s Covered?
If your laptop has an issue and is still under warranty, we’ll attempt to repair it. If it can’t be fixed, we’ll replace it with a newly refurbished one, free of charge. The warranty does not cover items like batteries and chargers, which naturally wear out over time.
Data Loss
We recommend regularly backing up your important data, as we can’t be held responsible for data loss.
Repairs
To keep your warranty valid, only our team should handle repairs. Repairs done by others or DIY fixes will void your warranty. If you have any issues, reach out to us and we’ll fix your laptop for free under your warranty. If any void stickers are removed or the laptop is tampered with in any way, all warranty is void.
What Isn't Covered?
Our warranty covers problems that arise through normal use, but not theft or accidental damage. For example, if your laptop suddenly stops working, you’re covered! But damage caused by drops or spills is not included.
Warranty Claims
We aim to handle warranty claims as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary. We recommend having a backup device during this time. If the issue is a user error (like accidentally muting your speakers), a £35 postage & handling fee will apply.
